Training Schedules:

1.  Pre-season

  • Monday       6:30 pm – Strength and circuits – Vanity Fitness, Yas Island

  • Wednesday 6:30 pm – Conditioning and Skills – Rugby Pitch, Al Ghazal

 

2.  During the season

  • Monday & Wednesday, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Rugby Pitch,  Al Ghazal
